Jerri Culpepper

Earned a B.A. in journalism from OU and became a reporter at The Norman Transcript, where I covered the metro library system and the local arts scene, including a weeklly column on the arts. After about seven years there, joined the staff of OU Public Affairs, and have been there since. Also am a freelance writer, contributing to Sooner Magazine and several OU college-based publications.

Wasn't really a "joiner" in high school, and didn't run with any particular crowd. Had a few close friends, none of whom I kept in contact with over the years.
