My first girlfriend who will forever hold a special place in my heart. She enjoyed pranks and taking liberties with my locker anytime she had the opportunity. She was shy but did her best to hide it. I think about Christy often and think how lucky I was to know her and I wonder why she was taken so early. What a sweet soul....I miss her.
I met Christy in grade school at John Adams. We went though grade school, Jr, High & High School together. She lived a block away from me. I remember she and I walking home together and she was always smiling and laughing. She was always so pleasant to me and many others. She had a glow that shined on through out the years. I saw her at the 10 yr reunion and then again I ran into her at a mutual friends home in the mid 90's. Shortly after, I don't really remember who told me that she had passed on. It really shocked me and reminded me of how short life can be. She was a sweet person and I will always appreciate the bit of friendship we had.
