Cindy Ketner

Paula and her family lived a few streets over from me and every morning, she and her mom would drive by me on the way to school.  I didn't know Paula well at the time, but, one morning in the pouring rain as I walked to school they pulled over and offered me a ride.~! wow was i glad to be in a dry car.  Many more mornings, rain, shine, whatever the weather, Mrs. Space would stop for me.  I can't Thank them properly for what they did for me with the rides to school.

It did allow me to get to know Paula better.  We became good friends and did alot together.  We loved to skate at skateland.  I spent alot of time at her house and she at mine.  Paula was a free spirit.  She would do things that moved her.  Things I was always more cautious about.  That is what I liked about her most.  She loved the dangerous.  She had a loving personality and was very generous to me in many ways.  I remember one lonesome birthday of mine, that was spent with Paula. She suprised me with a small gift and it made the day seem lighter and brighter and I thank her for that.  Rest in peace my friend.
