Burl and I used to ride around the neighborhood on our bicycles. We went for a ride one night and saw Mr. Brown, the band director, and his girlfriend out riding their bikes. We talked to them for awhile and moved on. The next day when we went to band we found out that Mr. Brown had fallen off his bike right after we left and broke his hip! Our reaction? We couldn't stop laughing.
