I worked with Karen for many years. She was funny and nice and was a very good nurse. She died very suddenly and has left a huge void for her family. She cared for her parents, her daughter her grandchildren, her husband and her sister and her loss was tragic for them.

Karen was a sweetie! I met her and Christine in FIRST grade at Jackson. I remember us at recess...there were some small shrubs that were right by the tennis courts. we would have a little area in there that she Christine and I don't remember who else, would be 'in'. Unfortunately, as so often happens, in Jr. High we went separate ways. I think of her and christine OFTEN...I see the house they grew up in on Melrose Drive almost every day! And I DO think of her and how short her life was!

Everyone knows that Karen was a identical twin. I met Karen & Chris in Jr. High, I had the hardest time trying to figure which was which..something to do with one wearing a different color of wire framed glasses. Both sisters were always having a good time.  I think of them often because I have identical twin daughters.  Both Karen and Chris were very likable and friendly to everyone.   I wonder many times did they argue like my twins.   One thing for sure you NEVER try to help twins solve an argument..you will become the enemy...lol   And the twins always stick together no matter what!!  They are strongly bonded forever!   I'm sure she is missed greatly by her sister and family and I send my deepest sympathy.

Karen you were such a sweet person. God bless you.

Karen and Chris were my best friends growing up. Their mother and grandmother were my mother and grandmother as well. They would make sure that I was doing what I was supposed to. She was a wonderful person.
